Talaga namang umaarangkada ang "Build, Build, Build" program ni Pangulong Duterte at uuwi siya ng Pilipinas galing Korea na bitbit ang pagasang maisasaayos din ang Pilipinas. Ito ay dahil imbes na $500 Million naging $1 Billion ang kanyang iuuwi.

Ang ineexpect na maiuuwi ni Pangulong Duterte mula sa Korea ay nasa $500 Million lamang ngunit ikinagulat nila na biglang binago at ginawang $1 Billion na ang ibibigay ng Korea.
Ayon kay Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III na sa pagbibigay ng pondo ng Korea nagsabi din ito ng interest na gusto nilang tumulong sa rehabilitasyon ng Marawi.

Kaya minsan mapapaisip ka tuloy kung ano kaya ang nag-pabago sa isip ni President Moon Jae-in, posible kaya na ito ay dahil sa kontrobersyal isyu na pagbibigay h@lik ni Duterte sa isang Pilipina worker sa Korea? Na talaga namang nagpakilig sa nakararami.
