"I hate Joey De Leon,” it said. “He doesn’t believe depression kills a person.” The photo itself had a caption that said “Depress,” tagged with sad and crying emojis.
Numerous Instagram Account post of Xander were more of topics such as cyber bullying and self-esteem.

On "Rated K," plastic surgeon Dr. Eric Yapjuancgo revealed that the former Hasht5 singer underwent a nose lift and chin augmentation.
The procedures were painful but he decided to push through with it to fulfil his artista ambitions and also to have a better future for his family. His parents were mixed emotions during the TV reveal last night. But for them, they were really thankful that the surgery went well and nothing happened on their son.
His TV feature was aired last Sunday (Oct 1) and it showed how the procedure went through. Of all of the cosmetic procedures includes the wrinkle removal, eyebrow thickening, eyelash extension, lip pigmentation and dental implants.
The reason behind the plastic surgery of Xander was because he wanted to become a celebrity with pretty looks and a looks of a hearthrob.
“Sobra po akong na-bash dati, and I wanted something new,” “Dream ko po kasi talagang sumikat para makatulong sa pamilya ko. I want to go back to acting. Now, hindi na lang online ang platform na magagamit ko, pati na rin TV and movies. I have no regrets.”
Meanwhile, Xander also participated on some anti bullying campaigns, such as in the Governor Ferrer Memorial National High School in Cavite last year, because the anti-bullying advocacy is close to his heart.
“Cyberbullying ay iwasan, kaibigan ay ingatan, upang sa pagdating nang panahon ay ating malalapitan,” Xander wrote.
