Sa isang sandali lamang ay nagawang halikan ng isang Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ang Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte sa entablado sa harap ng publiko. Ito’y siguradong Public Display of Affection ngunit ginawa itong kontrobersyal ng media’t mga Dilawang lumalaban para sa karapatang pambabae ng OFW.

Labag sa kanilang mga kaalaman na pinayagan pala ng babae ang Pangulong bigyan siya ng “Presidential Kiss”. Ngunit nagawa parin nilang ikritiko si Duterte, dito na po tumayo ang mamamahayag na si Erwin Tulfo kanyang pinagmumura ang mga kritiko.

"Magsi-tigil kayo mga put--- ina niyo, mga letse kayo," sabi ni Tulfo sa bidyo.

"Mga utak niyo parang Basurahan! P****,” dinagdag ng mamamahayag.

Isinaad naman ng mga netizens na ang kani-kanilang mga komento ngunit sabi ni Florenda A. Bautista na,

"Ung mga malisyoso lang naman nag iisip nun bes. Whatever kung ano nasa isip nila. May right sila sa sarili nilang opinion. Kanya kanyang pag iisip yan. President Duterte is just joking when he did kiss the (OFW) its one of his character his sense of humor. Its nothing wrong about it for me.”

Sang-ayon naman si Belinario Howard kay Tulfo. Kanyang sinabi na,

“Correct.

Daming OA.

Ibalita sana ninyo LIKE PTV AT ERWIN TULFO yung gains na makukuha ng Pinas from S.Korea.

Sir Erwin,

Babalik ka na po ba sa radyo?

Hope marinig kana namin on radio o tv.”

Tila personal na ang ginawa ni Duterte sa entamblado ngunit kung hindi naman na-bastos ang babae ay walang nakasaad na batas na  mali ang ginawa ng Pangulo. Marami lang desperadong naghahanap ng dumi ni Duterte upang magawa nilang mapatalsik ito.  Pero Duterte parin po!
