Several human rights group have consistently slammed President Rodrigo Duterte and the Philippine National Police (PNP) for their anti-illegal drug war which they claim have caused thousands of deaths due to extrajudicial killings.

But for PNP Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde, drug addicts do not even know what human rights are as evidently seen in the kill**g of three-month pregnant Atty. Madonna Joy Tanyag by Angelo Galvez Avenido, alias “Moymoy”, who was high on drugs at the occurrence of the crime.

Avenido had st@bbed the pregnant lawyer thrice after a robbery went wrong.

This prompted Albayalde to point out how merciless drug @ddicts are when they are chemically fazed by the illegal substances they take.

“Ito yung maliwanag na maliwanag na indikasyon, na yung mga sinasabi nila na yung mga napapatay sa mga police operations na mangilan ngilan, merong tatlo, merong apat na pinagdududahan ng mga mangilan ngilan pa, kung sino sinong sektor,” Albayalde said.

The ruthless ki**ing of the lawyer, who was pregnant, was clear proof for the PNP Chief that drug users are out of their minds.

“Ito ang pruweba na talagang ganito ang utak ng mga adik, It’s a clear example ng pag iisip ng isang adik.” Albayalde said.

He believed that the suspect committed the crime to get money, which he otherwise failed to acquire during the failed robbery, and buy illegal drugs.

“Ito yung sinasabi natin, this are clear indications na this person does not care or walang kapaki pakialam sa karapatan ng isang tao, he doesn’t probably know what human rights is,” Albayalde said.

“Ito yung walang pakundangan na pumatay para lang kumita ng pera, magkaroon ng maliit na pera at ipambili ng droga, see? Ito yung mga yon. Ito yung mga madalas batikusin or tignan ng mga ilang sektor sa ating lipunan na pinagduduhanan.” he added.

It was confirmed during a press interview that Avenido was high on illegal substances when he killed Tanyag.

The PNP are currently investigating the area where the suspect lives.
