President Rodrigo Duterte during his visit in South Korea draws flak from netizens with the controversial kiss he gave to a Filipina during his speech with the Filipino community in Seoul, South Korea on Sunday.

During his speech, Duterte showed a book entitled "Altar of Secrets: Sex, Politics, and Money in the Philippine Catholic Church" and he specifically asked for women in the audience to give the book, but for in exchange for a kiss as a payment. 

"'Wag lalaki, may bayad 'to halik. Handa ka bang makipaghalikan?" Duterte said while calling to a woman in the audience.

In the past been, Duterte was called sexist and a mysogynist for his remarks on ladies.

He pointed a woman in white and 2 women went on stage. The 2 was very happy that they both have the chance to meet Duterte face to face. 

Duterte said that it was a gimmick that he just want his audience to be happy.

During his days as Mayor of Davao City, the president's political partners say that he adores ladies and have over and over pointed out strategies in that shield ladies from badgering. 

Meanwhile, after the phenomenal kiss went viral on social media netizens can't help to give negative comments which was among them was Bagong Alyansang Makabayan Secretary-General Renato Reyes. 

“Di ko inaashaan na ganito ang mangingibabaw na eksena at diskusyon matapos ang speech ng pangulo, he said.

President DUTERTE could have turned his cheek instead para hindi naman sa lips ang halik. Pang DOM ang the moves ha.

I support President DUTERTE 100% but kissing a Filipina on stage even she made it clear that she's in a relationship was FOUL. The girl obviously had no choice. It wasn't funny. It wasn't entertaining. It was CHEAP.

I'm not even going to state all the things that's obviously wrong here. But look at how President Duterte is gripping the Filipina's forearms while he kisses her in front of an audience.

Aside on the kiss he gave to a woman in South Korea on his meeting with the Filipino community, Duterte also sings "Ikaw" along with the guest Mishka Antoinette Camulte and gave a beso-beso-beso to the cheek.
