LOOK: Behind The Scenes How Landmark Makati Treats Their Employees

It was a certain facebook page that exposed the horrible working place of Landmark Makati's employees and their environmental inside the establishment. 

Business establishments were hiring hundreds or even thousands of employees who will serve them to earn a huge amount of cash. Most companies were giving only a minimum daily wage to their employees although they are earning much profit from their business.

Aside from working in malls or any other establishments. The establishment should provide proper and decent working areas for their employees, proper restroom, pantries for a place when they're having their break time and proper and secured locker room to keep their things safe. 

Recently, the Facebook page “Library of Most Controversial Files” has uploaded the photos of the Landmark Makati employees’ horrible resting areas and comfort rooms.

In the photos, it can be seen that the employees have no decent pantry and loo. Both male and female employees were suffering poor facilities and equipment in their working place.

Netizen expressed their reactions after seeing how Landmark Makati allegedly treat their employees. 

Facebook user named Janina Bosito Jayme wrote " This is so sad. 😢 These employees have to stand for hours serving customers. Yes, it's their responsibility and they are being paid for it. But the employer also has its responsibility towards its employees. They need a comfortable place to rest during their breaks. Bakit ganito? Empathy naman, please. Are you concerned only about how much money you make from your business? Hindi kayo uunlad kung ganyan ang sistema niyo" 

Marshal Covacha: “Sige lang, wag nyo alagaan empleyado nyo, sigurado hindi rin maganda ang magiging resulta sa bandang huli sa image ng kumpanya ninyo. Puro kayo income.”

Another facebook user commented and supporting the photos uploaded and true because they've experienced it while working their before. 

Lorie Zausa Galarion: “I used to work there. fresh grad. wla pa mahanap na magandang work. wla pangkain kaya kinagat ang pagiging checker. 😀 ganyan tlaga. hanggang ngayong di pa ang improve mukhang lalo pang naging balahura ang lugar. uso ap ankawan jan sa mga empleyado. kasi walang locker. imagine ang daming empelyado nasa 1/4 lang ang locker.”

Other Netizens also shared some of their insights from other malls which were more worst than they've seen in Landmark, Makati,

One Netizen wrote named Joan Balladolid "Robinson ermita malala pa dyan alam ko dhil naging roaving employee ako dati kaya halos lhat ng mall naikutan ko na. Bilib ako sa mga locker at canteen pang employees sa sm malilinis at maayos."

Gepes A. Bob wrote also "Di lang naman sa landmark. Sa the podium mas malala. Di pwede gumamit mga tenants ng c.r. sa basement k pa gagamit at nagiisa ang c.r mabaho pa so kung galing ka 5th floor at nag-iisa ka lang bantay sa store mo need mo pang bumaba sa basement para lang magc.r. bawal magescalator mga tenants."
